Before we begin the essay, I’d like to let everyone know they should be on the lookout for an email from me tomorrow (and the next few days after that). I’m publishing a new ebook on Amazon that’ll be a compilation of essays from this blog, and it’ll be free for the first five days. I figured it’d be nice to have a bunch of content in one place where you can highlight, bookmark, etc, and I want to make sure everyone gets a copy during that free-release window.
As is probably clear by now, I’m a gigantic proponent of releasing/letting go. It is, bar none, the best method of progressive spiritual growth that exists, and it has a higher rate of success than any other method I’ve seen or heard of.
But, even with that said, for every one or two releasing success stories that are shared with me, I get five people sharing major releasing woes. Despite its simplicity, people struggle with the practice.
So, today, we’re (hopefully) going to clear some of those struggles up and make the process of letting go much easier.
