This essay marks the first in a series of “advanced teachings.” With it, we’ll be striving to approach manifestation and spirituality from a higher, more comprehensive point-of-view. Much of what I share in this collection of works will be ideas that led to my own most meaningful spiritual breakthroughs.
I’d like to note that “advanced” here does not equal “more effective;” I have not been hiding some super secret, extra-special conscious creation technique from you thus far. These essays will be advanced in the sense that they’ll be more abstract and more aimed at driving general spiritual development than they are at acquiring material “things.” So, while certain ideas I discuss may prove to be “missing links” in your understanding of manifestation (as said ideas were for me), they’re not going to be a replacement for the basic ideas that I share time and time again; and, if you’re still struggling to master the simpler techniques for creating the things you desire, you’re probably not going to find some magical strategy that finally makes everything work for you in this series.
All that said, I think anyone interested in spiritual development might enjoy this series, and nobody should feel like they lack some pre-requisite education and thus can’t engage with the work. If you want to go from beginner to advanced you’ll have to start somewhere and just accept that a little confusion is inevitable — might as well start here.
Introduction
The idea of “possessing” or “owning” something tends to refer to a very specific material reality. Our possessions are things that belong to us; they are ours and no one else’s. We can say that something belongs to us because we quite literally have physical possession of it.
This colloquial understanding of ownership or possession deserves some investigation, though; what I propose to you here is that you’ve claimed “spiritual possession” of far more objects and experiences than you own in actuality. And it’s only by seeing the full scope of your spiritual possessiveness that you can begin to alleviate suffering and move on to a more pleasant state of life.
